Davis & Shirtliff Knowledge Manager Job

Davis & Shirtliff is the EA region’s leading water equipment supplier and employs over 300 staff.

D&S now needs to appoint and experienced and qualified Knowledge Manager

The successful candidate will report to the HR & Admin Manager and will also work closely with the divisional line managers.

Qualifications: -
who will design and coordinate implementation of training and development programmes for its staff and customers.
  • A bachelors Degree.
  • Candidates with either a post graduate diploma or Masters level will have a competitive edge.
  • At least five years experience in an academic or training environment.
  • Not more than 35 yrs of age.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design responsive training programs including e-learning.
  • Plan, organize, develop and direct all corporate training programmes.
  • Facilitate on the job training for employees.
