You will be discharging the following duties & responsibilities and also be responsible for those jobs/assignments delegated to you by the management from time to time:
Primary Responsibilities -
* Staffing
* Recruitment
* Training
* Communication
* Employee Relations and welfare
* Performance Management
* Any other administrative task.
* Policy’s & Manual preparation
Qualifications
* A degree / Masters in HR.
* Minimum 3 years experience in factory/FMCG/Retail set-up
* Training oriented
* Soft skills in HRIS applications.
* Good working knowledge of employment and statutory laws
* Good problem solving skills
* Good analytical skills
* Interpersonal skills.
Experience 3 years (with finished product food)
