Information Communication and Technology Officer
KMA 4
1 Post
Duties and responsibilities
developing and Implementing ICT projects;
administration, supporting and maintaining computer network administration;
managing the Authority’s website;
managing data security website;
providing user with ICT support;
manage data system security, back-up and restore systems;
monitor inquiries or comments received through KMA website.
Minimum Requirements
For appointment to this position, a candidate must:
be a holder of Bachelor’s degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized institution
have formal training in business management and ICT project management
have considerable Knowledge and competence in systems analysis and program design
have ICT professional certification in either systems engineering, I.T security, database management, Network engineering or application development
be fully qualified in MCSE and/or CCNA
have exceptional skills in ICT networks (LAN/WAN), Internet protocols
Experience
5 years experience in an IT automated environment with at least 2 years of management and leadership experience.
Skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Team player with strong leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
