Duties & Responsibilities
This position assists Head of Recruitment in the overall responsibility of ensuring that our clients (Employers), get suitable candidates for advertised positions within our company’s service level standards. This entails the following specific tasks;-
* Initiating discussions with clients with a view to agreeing on vacant position profiles and position requirements
* Overseeing the process of mining CVs in the databank, matching these CVs with appropriate vacancies
* Short listing & Conducting Preliminary interviews
Qualifications & Experience
This position requires an experienced recruiter, one who has worked within a recruitment agency environment, with the following minimum qualifications and experience;-.
* Must have a minimum of a university degree in HR / Business management
* 2 Yrs experience in recruitment environment. Experience in a Recruitment Agency will be essential.
Remuneration
This is position attracts a competitive package commensurate with the responsibilities of this role. In addition to a basic pay, this position also attracts a performance based pay. Please indicate your current remuneration on your Cv.
